Not raided, just only 2 natives here.
I'm clearing embassies for now as the two of us remaining figure out what kind of region this will end up being. Moving forward, I'd like us to develop an actual regional plan for embassies so we're limiting it to those where there may be future interactions / interregional activity, not merely serve as an embassy collector.
