"In the effort to continually demonstrate the development and modernization of the People's Republic of Alzarikstan, I have orchestrated, designed, and approved the beginning processes to open the Chinese market and economy to Paramountica manufacturing and production. Understanding the necessity of greater integration into the global economy and the global market, Beijing understands the greater necessity for cooperation and collaboration with the global liberal economic order. With the recent announcement of the Reconciliation Treaty, I must make clarification that this is not an orientation of the People's Republic of Alzarikstan toward the agenda of Moscow but rather an orientation of the People's Republic toward being an epicenter of cooperation with the West as well as understanding the East. Through the Reconciliation Treaty, the sphere of China, the importance of Beijing, the might of the Chinese People have been officially recognized in the Far East and most importantly, it is an indication of the rise of China as a superpower. I wish to make something very clear: Beijing follows the Agenda of the Chinese People and uses its strategic position to provide growth and development to our allies that fully trust in the growth strategy of the People's Republic. My position here stands clear that the West has nothing to worry about and Beijing hopes that our global partners understand the security, economic, and political concerns and initiatives of Beijing. On the course of development, the insecurities of Beijing must be addressed and resolved in order for further development and modernization to commence and be established. The industries, markets, economy, and technology given to the People's Republic as well as owned by the People's Republic are secured by the willpower and ambitions of the CPC. The motives of the People's Republic are transparent and are not founded in intentions of deceit but rather patience and rationality. The People's Republic of China is determined to adhere to the protection of intellectual property laws, the Rule of Law, and the global liberal economic and financial system, so forth as to be allowed to provide for the well-being and welfare of the Chinese People. On the day of my inauguration, I declared that I am to be a Chairman of the Republic of the Chinese People and that this People's Republic must be respected and not be used for the sole benefit for the West and the East but for the collective that believe in the modernization of the People's Republic. The People's Republic does not take sides nor will we take sides; however, we are truly open for continual dialogue, communication, cooperation, and collaboration since the 1970s. Through the Reconciliation Treaty, a sense of peace has been developed for Asia, primarily the Far East, in the hopes of greater tranquility and cooperation for a geographical area of over 1 billion people. The Treaty is not a defense pact nor a common defense understanding. The Soviet Union nor the Empire of Japan possess access into the manufacturing and economic sectors, industries, and political institutions of Beijing. Through the Treaty, the sovereignty and the spheres of privileges interests of China, the Soviet Union, and Japan are enhanced and further recognized as in a way to set the boundaries for the premises of stability and understanding. If such a notion for a commonality to heal the past and to seek a prosperous future is ignored then this is not a political outreach failure on the behalf of Beijing but only a demonstration of the conditional acceptance toward Beijing by select partners around the world. The Great Hall of the People would hope and seek that the United States of Paramountica can assure the West to the best of their ability that the Reconciliation Treaty is not a detriment toward West-PRC relations but an opportunity to provide safer markets and measures for the blossoming of Asia in the near future. This is not a ploy to establish vulnerabilities toward our partners but this is an initiative to seek the full political, social, cultural, economic, financial, and security empowerment of the People's Republic of Alzarikstan. [ Generations upon generations in South Afrika,have always known Warriorism to be the national religion of the country, but today will shatter that idea forever. Working with the parties of the AWP and the BNP, Aleksander Müller the current chancellor of South Afrika, has brought about a speech and a plan laid out to tell the people of the country. ]

[ Parliament Chambers, Volks Hall ]

[ Within the parliament chambers, many a members say at their respective seats, all of them aware of what is about to happen. Moments later, the loud knocking of the doors could be heard, and all of them stood as Aleksander Müller walked into the chambers. They gave all bowed to him as he walked down the aisle, soon coming to stand at the podium, and bidding all of them to sit down. Looking over the members of parliament, then looking to the people on the upper level in the bystander section. Looking at the papers in front of him, he would sigh before moving his gaze back to the crowd, and began speaking. ]

Many of you know that our nations very religion, Warriorism, was written by Matthias Van Der Vake in 1880, nearly one hundred and ten years ago. Since then, it has become the main religion of our entire country. However, I am here to tell you that the religion that we have known for such a long time, was never originally meant to be a religion.”

[ Gasps and cries of shock can be heard from the audience in the upper levels, as many can’t believe this. Aleksander raises his hand to them, doing his best to make them fall silent. ]

When he wrote the doctrine, Van Der Vake originally intended it to be a ‘Warrior’s Code’, much like how the Japanese have their Samurai code, which is where Van Der Vake got much of his inspiration from. He wrote it to inspire pride, courage, honor, and integrity among the soldiers of our nation, and you yourselves, the people of this beautiful country. I know this is hard to believe or understand, because of that, we have decided that the national religion of this country, shall be renamed, ‘Old Gods of South Afrika’, because we know trying to move from a pagan religion to something else would be entirely idiotic, so we needed a good replacement. This is a big shock to you all, I know, but it was needed. Gods bless us all, Gods bless South Afrika.”

[ He moves away from the podium as the audience and the parliament members applaud him. Nodding to them, he walks down the aisle once more and leaves the chambers, sighing to himself as he knows this will bring an uproar to the nation, but it is what’s needed. No more lying to the people about something that was never meant to be a religion. ]

"Hello comrades and fellow citizens. I'm here, in front of you, to announce you the greatest news of the last 20 years in Argentina. We have successfully overthrown the last military junta and the days of terror are finally over... Yes, my friends, our nightmare is over. The years of fear are over. The years of abductions and disappearances are over. The years of freedom and liberty are now here, at last."

He pauses for a second, taking a deep breath

"I understand what everyone is thinking and I would think the same if I wasn't the one talking to you. I am a General from the army, but I am a true patriot and a true freedom fighter. As a matter of fact, I lead a secret resistance among the last junta's army in order to bring back democracy to this magnificent country. I hereby declare our nation a future democracy and elections will be held the next year and they will be free and fair. But, I ask my fellow Argentines to have faith in my leadership for the transition period in-between. I will try to rebuild our nation and demilitarize most aspects of our lives and open back the country to the international community."

He looks to the camera for the rest of his speech

"I announce Argentina as a transitional Military Republic before the next elections and I engage myself and the military to assure the movement to democracy. This is a call to the international community: Argentina is back on the path of Democracy and Freedom. To our neighbours of Nonador, we will be happy to resume diplomatic ties with your nation and begin to build a lasting bond of friendship. To our neighbours of the north and beacon of Liberty in Paramountica, we wish to have closer ties and begin the reconstruction of our country following the example of your successful society. To our former rivals in Canovia, we wish to amend the past and build a stronger future together in the region. To the other ideology spectrum, like the nation of Liberalina, we wish cooperation and peace could grow in the future of our common nations and that freedom could be shared throughout the world.

On this final note, we wish everyone, in Argentina and around the world, a peaceful future where repression and tyranny no longer exist...

Anatoly Lukyanov¹ was a bright, young leader who thought highly differently then most. He believed strongly that the, or what he calls "The childish race to prove i'm better then you" was slowing down the progress of the Soviet Union, he believed strongly that peace was the best for the working classes of the Soviet Union, while having a strong, developed and advanced military. The Soviet Union signed the Reconciliation treaty with China, which effectively recognizes a split in ideology and blocs, but affirms that these differences do that mean China and the USSR have to be enemies, but cooperative partners, just like any other country. The treaty also settles its differences with Japan, and like with China, will transform the Soviet-Japanese relationship into a hostile one - to a neutral one, just like most other nations. The treaty was well received in the Soviet Union to the point it was decided a Japanese cultural festival would be hosted in Vladivostok and a Chinese cultural festival in Novosibirsk - introducing Soviets to concepts such as Manga, Anime, Porcelain, Chinese Cinema and more.

The Soviet Nuclear arsenal reached around 68,000 nuclear warheads, largest in the world, and very expensive to maintain, while the United States of America in contrast had roughly 25,000 nuclear warheads. Both nations had the power to kill and obliterate world, multiple times. Lukyanov decided, in what would be a tough and sharply divided debate, to lower the Soviet Nuclear Arsenal to 5000 warheads, or roughly 92% of its nuclear arsenal. It will also move most of its nuclear arsenal outside of Europe², also where the majority of its population is. The Soviet Union is also expected to save roughly 2 to 6 billion a year by not having to maintain such a massive arsenal.

Anatoly Lukyanov also made its intentions to sign the Convention on the protection of European Children³ and has privately discussed signing the Charter of Fundamental Rights in Europe. Reaffirming Lukyanov's stance of "Freedom, yet a firmly held together state", meaning freedom can go as far for anyone, provided they do not threaten the sovereignty of the state.

And Finally Anatoly Lukyanov Secured arms deals with numerous nations totaling roughly 10 billion dollars, the large influx of hard currency will be used for domestic civil development in a large scale plan that will be revealed at a later date. This goes off of Lukyanov's intention to have Soviet living standards highest in the world, and make the Soviet Union a beacon for research, technology, the future and transform the state with one of the highest economic potentials in the world to a state that actually seizes such potential.
