If The Dope Region of Party Time is voted to be WA Delegate, their successorship privilege will be removed. This is done in the interest of justice, for the reason that if I CTE while The Dope Region of Party Time is WA Delegate, they will assume both roles. This violates the political ethos of Einmarken, and thus the Successorship will be removed, and transferred to another nation at my personal discretion.#
Additionally, as previously mentioned in other RMBs, the next WA Delegate may be able to regain some of the privileges lost under 
Determination Users' term
Update: due to the draw of the poll, the electing of the next WA delegate will take a little longer than expected, along with the AAE updating later that it might otherwise usually be.
The AAE is not updated yet because I am tired right now, so I will do it in the very near future

You may have noticed that I am working on a dispatch detailing laws and gameplay regulations of Einmarken. Its first act, the A3, is expected to be implemented by the end of the month (now significantly delayed)

Hello Citizens of Glorious Einmarken!
It has become obvious to me that most to all citizens of our most glorious region are entirely inactive beyond logging in every so often to avoid the CTE eventuality. I myself have become unreasonably inactive for my position of responsibility in regional maintenance. While this (as well as the absence of others) can be largely excused, as other events (e.g. examinations) certainly take precedence over being on NationStates everyday.
This problem is best shown through the example of Fungal Freaks, and their term as World Assembly Delegate for Einmarken. Fungal Freaks was sworn into WA office as of Sunday, 3. May 2026 and CTE'd 55 days later, roughly 2 weeks ago at the time of writing.
Voting Members of Einmarken received, offsite, a message pertaining to a set of recommendations for voting. The recommendations included a recommendation to the following effect:
Vote for the candidate you feel will be active enough to maintain the region and act as an effective Delegate.
Undoubtedly, having CTE'd mid-term, and having not published or edited any regional articles, Fungal Freaks cannot be said to have been an effective WA Delegate. Of course, this is nothing against them personally, and I greatly doubt that I or any others among us could have done a better job considering the out-of-game circumstances.
It also does not pass me that many of us will likely remain inactive for some time still, and I do not expect for the region to suddenly become active again postexam. I do not believe, however, that the region will die, as the remaining users seem to be consistent in their logging-on schedules.
It is my executive decision that the WA Delegate position in Einmarken remains empty. If any resident wishes to contest this decision, they may do so through the proper channels: A telegram or an RMB post replying to this one. This idea follows in a similar vein of other changes made to Einmarken governance in the past. That is, Einmarken is unlikely to grow significantly, therefore a fully-formed, formal organised government is not required for the functioning of the region. I believe the same is true for the WA Delegate position. If no contests are made, the powers of the WA Delegate role will be maximally reduced to only the "World Assembly" authority.
AEE maintenance will occur on this monday evening, where details missed over the stretch of inactivity will be logged accordingly. If, after this evening's maintenance has passed, you believe that an event has been missed or incorrectly catalogued, do not hesitate to contact me via the aforementioned proper channels.
This was overall an informal announcement, only a small update on my views on the region's inactivity. It is worth stating that I have no current plans to increase activity by selecting a new WA delegate.

You are all very lucky today, for I have two (whole) announcements to share the glorious peoples of Einmarken. If you are disinterested in the WA and its presence in this region, you may feel free to read only the secondary announcement
PRIMARY ANNOUNCEMENT:
I, as Einmarken Supreme Authority, have decided to make a significant change to criteria for citizenship in Einmarken
It is now no longer mandatory for Einmarken citizens to have WA membership.
This decision follows as a direct product of another recent decision to make the WA role 'functionally locked', and doesn't really change the landscape of Einmarken in a considerable manner, as a locked WA Delegate position negates the regional need for mass WA membership. This announcement is simply a formalisation of that which is already true functionally.
Please do not misinterpret this announcement. This is not a ban of WA membership, each and every citizen of our most glorious region may still participate in the WA, only now membership is not a requirement for citizens of this region.
SECONDARY ANNOUNCEMENT:
A new position in the governance body has opened up! Inactivity is a topic very much on the front of my mind when it comes to maintaining transparency in Einmarken. I may miss happenings, or may be unable to answer queries or to deal with malfeasance or catastrophic events. However, the biggest issue with my inactivity in particular is the maintenance of the AAE. Hence the new position: AAE specialist. As the AAE specialist, your job will be to survey and catalogue events and happenings that are significant to the politics and/or administration of our region.
Candidates must:
Be active enough to cover my activity blind-spots
Have a thorough understanding of how the AAE is laid out
Pass a short interview
Candidates should:
Familiarise themselves with what constitutes an 'Administrative event'
Be able to use the AAE to locate the factual error in my previous announcement (that is, the one which was posted 15 days ago at the time of writing)
