Loading...I suggest that when a region calls on the pact for defence, a majority of representatives have to vote FOR in order for the Order to join.
well thats fine... but what if the region dies when we are doing vote ?
The vote should be quick, as member regions are expected to be pretty involved in TNOP. If the region is captured so quickly, I doubt we could've prepared a response in time anyway.
I suppose when a region is directly attacked, then an immediate call to arms can be made with all regions joining the fight. But if it's just another "war" that involves spamming on RMBs (which the mods will take care of anyway) and is more of a war with words, I suggest a vote.
The thing with raids is that they can only take place whenever the WA update occurs (someone correct me but I think it's around 12 hours?). So everyone's gotta be prepared for a raid when the update occurs, which is quite a challenge (time zones, coordination etc.). It's the type of thing only large, seasoned regions are really equipped for imo but we can always try.
