Numerous territories are now going to be scheduled to either be directly returned to what is determined to be the original owners, or to simply be abandoned completely. Said original owners will be approached and refoundations of territories will be arranged over the next few weeks, with the best possible security present in the refoundations. On top of this, expect mass CTEs of TDE affliated nations that no longer have a purpose (with some exceptions).
And before anyone asks- all Commonwealth territories are exempt from this plan.

This is all that has been seen on this side of the fence on this issue. Devasta did not send any telegrams back to this nation. We are not lying; nobody benefits from telling lies and violating rules because it always comes back around to haunt them, and as BeaconFlat has outlined- we don't need anyone else here to be a real puppet dump.
Either Kakashi54 is lying to Lazzarania, or Lazzarania is lying to everyone. Given that it only took 4 minutes for Lazzarania to start messaging Devasta claiming that recruitment spam was being sent (an improbably short period of time), the latter is vastly more likely and hence the latter situation is the way that BeaconFlat has responded to this incident- with cold hostility against what appears to be nothing more than a pointless conspiracy.
No, Devasta will -not- instantly send you back telegrams, because read the WFE; "Either telegram Klaus Devestatorie with your business, or wait weeks for a reply". Normally you'd be waiting THREE WEEKS, not two hours.
Perhaps communication has not been as clear as it could have been, but given the most likely scenario, clear communication would not have made a difference in the result. Refoundation mandate confirmed, because roflmao lying to score internal sympathy point off a puppet dump.
