The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless population of 3.708 billion Icravedeathians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The medium-sized, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Industry. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of KILL ME City. The average income tax rate is 30.8%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but inefficient Icravedeathian economy, worth 240 trillion Death Dollars a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. Escaped birthday balloons are torpedoed out of the sky, it's best to decline if Spooks offers to buy a round of drinks, strange looking men with big red noses are found hiding behind bushes and inside dustbins, and the government is cracking down on subversive groups. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force. Icravedeath's national animal is the cow, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its national religion is The Leader.
