Moved all of the puppets from the old region due to the regions being moved in the fix. This region became the captain's box, sort of. Once the list has been fixed, things will go quite differently.
Too bad the founding nation was not a bit bigger.
Thinking of changing this region from Captains to just another MATRIX styled region, and have these puppets become ORACLE FOUNDERS on their own. Of course, that would change things a bit. I think I will do that tonight while the mess is taking up everyone's attention. :)
Takes care of that. Just need to bring 7 puppets here to begin making this a full matrix region.
