Hey everybody! I'm still going to be around for a few more days while I sort some things out with another region (Real Conservative Region) and a few final things with this one, but this region is technically under the control of the CC by now. As part of this, we are clearing the region out to preserve it. If you choose to go to the CC (Civiles Conservare), you will be granted senior citizenship there and be given all of the privileges that go with that. Otherwise, you are free to go wherever you like. At some point, if you refuse to leave you will be ejected, (sorry about that) but that is a case of last resort. The details of our deal with CC can be found here:
1.2 The Governor of the Land of Conservatives shall be Sad-States, with the approval of US of-A and the Civiles Frontier, and shall act as an agent of Civiles Conservare in the region.
1.3 Civiles Conservare reserves the right to deploy their own independent puppet nation to assist in protecting and monitoring the region, and must be given access to the region and given a regional officer role displaying as much.
1.4 In the event of Sad-States' departure or retirement, the position of Governor may be transitioned to either US of-A or a representative from Civiles Conservare.
2.1.1 If a nation refuses to leave the Land of Conservatives during the semi-merger process, Civiles Conservare and Audaxian Frontier may take all necessary steps to remove them from the region.
2.2 Civiles Conservare and the Audaxian Frontier shall strictly adhere to the rules of NationStates and the guidelines set forth in this document, and shall not engage in any activity that violates said rules or guidelines.
2.3 Both the Audaxian Frontier and Civiles Conservare shall respect the history of the Land of Conservatives and thus the following may not be committed in any circumstances unless both parties agree to so;

3.2 Civiles Conservare shall strive to maintain cordial relations with native nations in the region during the semi-merger, which are all current member nations in the Land of Conservatives as of 04/25/2023 1:44AM Eastern Time.
3.2.1 In case of disputes regarding membership in Civiles Conservare, peaceful means shall be employed to resolve the issue in a manner that benefits all parties.
3.3 Member nations in the Land of Conservatives who do not join Civiles Conservare will lose their status as a member nation.
3.3.1 Member nations in the Land of Conservatives who join Civiles Conservare shall obtain Senior citizenship.
3.3.1.1 Once Member nations obtain Senior citizenship officially, they shall no longer hold the status of being a Member nation to the Land of Conservatives and shall adhere to Civiles Conservare regional law.
3.4 Once the semi-merger of the Land of Conservatives and Civiles Conservare is completed, the only authorized individuals in the Land of Conservatives shall be its Founder - US of-A, the Governor (while operating as a Civiles Conservare agent) Sad-States, and an appointed representative from Civiles Conservare.
5.2 The Audaxian Frontier reserves the right to create additional treaties or pacts with the approval of Civiles Conservare, as well as revise the Conservare Frontier Pact as necessary to better serve the interests of the region, with the approval of Civiles Conservare.
5.3 If Civiles Conservare and Audaxian Frontier disagree on how to revise the guidelines, they shall submit the matter to arbitration by a mutually agreed-upon third party, by default shall be US of-A if one cannot be agreed upon. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Alright everyone, I am finally quitting. It's been a long road here, but I'm finally quitting, a little more than a month after I announced that I would be quitting and the region shutting down. Don't worry, the region will still exist as a memorial. You can always come to view it, as well as the Real Conservative Region, both of which are being preserved (or should I say conserved, as a conservative?) by the CC (Civiles Conservare). Unfortunately, I won't see any of your replies to this, as after this post I will log off for the last time, unless something unexpected occurs. Make sure to immigrate to the CC, and they will immediately give you senior citizenship there, with all the rights and privileges associated with that.
For anyone coming across this in the far future, here's a brief summary of what happened so you can understand:
Originally, I founded the Real Conservative Region with Donald trump 2021. Eventually, for a couple reasons I decided to move here and created this region, keeping the RCR alive as a memorial. After a while, I decided to quit NS so I could focus on my real life more. I got into contact with the CC, and they decided to take over the job of preserving the RCR as well as the new addition of the LOC. The part I mentioned above about CC senior citizenship only applies to nations that were residents of the LOC at the time of our deal. A slightly more detailed, though incomplete, account of these events can be found here:
Since I, Us of-a, the co-Founder of the Real Conservative Region and the Founder of the Land Of Conservatives, am quitting NationStates, I thought it would be wise to put down in writing a history of the two regions, at least as much as I can remember. Some of this information may be slightly inaccurate, but it is the best that I could piece together from looking at various RMB posts, telegrams, and dispatches from throughout the regions' histories.
I founded this nation on March 14, 2021. I had had several nations before this one, so I was familiar enough with the website. Instead of leaving the feeder regions, I planned to stay in the South Pacific for this nation. I believe my plans were originally to stay there and attempt to make it more conservative and participate in the region's various roleplaying activities, though I could be misrecalling that. However, there I met Donald trump 2021, a fellow conservative in late March. We quickly decided to start a conservative region of our own. And thus, the Real Conservative Region was born.
On March 24, 2021, the Real Conservative Region (RCR) was founded by Donald trump 2021 and me. Officially, Donald trump 2021 was the founder with executive authority. We were hindered a bit by the fact that the mods had temporarily banned him from posting in the RMB or sending telegrams due to something he had posted in the South Pacific. Otherwise, things were going fine. We very quickly attempted to establish a regional government. A rough sketch of the layout of that government can be found here, or pinned in the WFE of the RCR. Somehow or another this dispatch ended up surviving to the present moment of me writing this. I remember that there were several variations of that general layout, but there were only very minor differences in between the variations, such as how long it would be in between elections. Unfortunately, we never had a regional government take off, partly due to the lack of people in our region. Additionally, as part of our government we created the region Capitol Of The RCR, founded and controlled by the nation of the same name, Capitol of the rcr, on March 25th. Neither of those still exist. It was supposed to be a separate region where our elections would take place, legislation would be debated, etc. However, we never did anything with the region besides password-locking it and establishing an embassy between it and the RCR. As I mentioned before, our government never took off.
In early April we, or at least I, attempted to expand the RCR's reach through trying to raid and puppet small communist regions. In specific, The Soviet Empire and International Socialist Organisation (neither of which exist anymore). At the time, they were founderless and only had one, two, maybe three or four inactive non-WA nations in them. I figured it would be simple enough to take them, and it would be nice to keep them as a trophy. Unluckily for me, nobody else in the RCR responded to my requests to send their WA nations there to help take the region. So instead I created two WA nations of my own to take the regions, one to endorse the other with to become the delegate. As we should all know, that is against the rules. I was probably thinking that I could do it quickly enough to skip by the mods. I was wrong. That resulted, if I recall correctly, in a temporary ban on both nations from the WA. I gave up on doing that after the ban. But that was the least of my worries, for then came a raid.
On April 10th the RCR was raided. I believe it was due to my attempts to raid the above-mentioned left-wing regions. Some of the details can be found in here. While waiting for Donald trump 2021 to log back on, I founded and fled to a new region, the Land Of Conservatives (LOC). Some of the other people in the RCR followed me there. After a couple days or so Donald trump 2021 eventually logged back on and corrected everything. Luckily, it was only a soft raid so not much was harmed. However, Donald trump 2021 only logged on occasionally, which made dealing with raids and other such problems difficult for me, since I had no executive power and was the most active one in the region. Thus, I decided to stay in the LOC.
This soon became a wise decision, for the region was again raided on April 25th. Details surrounding that can be found here, thanks to the efforts of Cavisco. Once again, the WFE etc. were reverted to their former status after a few days when Donald trump 2021 logged back on again. I believe part of the cause of the raid was Donald trump 2021's inactivity and our executive delegacy, making it easy for soft raids to occur.
After that, I became even more focused on the LOC, which in turn caused Donald trump 2021 to become even more inactive in the RCR. Around early June (I can't determine the exact dates) he logged off for a while after (several months or so), pretty much leaving only me to run both regions. His nation did not CTE because I had the password to his nation, and so would log in every few weeks to keep it alive. I did not do anything to his account other than that, though. For a while afterward, I attempted to keep an RCR community alive with my puppet, U-s of a, as can be seen by some RMB posts located there. However, that wasn't working, and sometime around the middle of July I finally decided it was time to call it quits. I shut down all the embassies the RCR had except for the one with the LOC, and kept only U-s of a and Donald trump 2021's nation in the region. From then on, until the present day, the RCR has since become a memorial to what existed before the LOC.
But now, let's return to the LOC.

Greetings to my fellow Member nations of the Land of Conservatives. I have an announcement to make as Governor of the region.
On Thursday, at 0000 [12:00 AM] Eastern Time (0500 [5:00 AM] UTC) - all nations (excluding Audax Ambassador, Us of-a, and Hecubae Imaginifer) will be ejected from the region for regional security and is in accordance with Article II of the Conservare Frontier Pact. All remaining nations are strongly recommended to move to Civiles Conservare or elsewhere beforehand, and are permitted to move to any region if they wish to do so.
If a nation joins another region, they will lose their status as a Member nation and will be passing up the opportunity of obtaining the title of Senior citizenship within Civiles Conservare.
If a nation joins Civiles Conservare their Member nation status will be upgraded to the status of a Senior citizenship within Civiles Conservare.
