Mr Commissioner, I do believe that our friendly delegate from Swu has made the fatal mistake of using the adverb form of a “three word”, which is a clear transgression against the Silent Football convention of 1467, which expressly prohibits the adverbization of words associated with the number three. The same convention also suggests that transgressing during a tattle should result in the tattler accepting the tattlee’s punishment along with their own. Thus it is the opinion of this delegate that Swu be punished quadruply.
We also urge our fellow members of the Sacred Circle to mention their fellow delegates rather than naming them in plaintext.

You are correct, and Swu will have to be punished most severely. However, this particular Sacred Circle does not follow the 1467 convention’s tradition of stacking such punishments on the utterer of three-adverbs, choosing instead to allow the original criminal to receive their rightful punishment and thus be rehabilitated.
The Commissioner now calls for any proposed punishments for Swu and Eoq (3x).
