In recognition of mitigating circumstances, His Majesty King-Emperor Charles V of Dou boux is granted a conditional pardon for his 29th July 2022 order praising the humanitarian efforts of the Jeltronian state and his support of reconciliation initiatives.
The same order provided for appropriate detention facilities commensurate to their rank, title and office, and assessed security risk.

We have restored Imperial Royal Union to the position of Governor of the region, as Jeltronia violated site rules by operating multiple WA nations to takeover the region and appoint their puppet as Governor. Please see this thread for further information: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=583573
