An official spokesperson for the Defendonian Empire has confirmed that the Empire has now officially joined the World Assembly and they have cast their votes for World Assembly Governing Standards in an attempt to further protect the autonomy of the Empire

In Today’s News: Defendonian Empire has officially adopted the WA Governing Standards Resolution that was passed the day prior. Additionally they have also Voted For Banning Slavery in all WA Member States
In a Statement made by the Defendonian Imperial Government: “The Defendonian Empire recognizes no legal right for one person to own another. Human trafficking and slavery are crimes that undermine the dignity and stability of civilized nations. This resolution does not interfere with Defendonia’s sovereign right to maintain compulsory national service or its own criminal justice system. Therefore, the Empire votes in favour.”
