Your Excellencies,
His Majesty’s Royal Government has the honour to inform the distinguished corps of ambassadors of a matter of administrative and territorial development presently undertaken by Our Crown.
It has been resolved that our region shall transition to a newly established dominion, conceived in the spirit of frontier enterprise and expansion. This new region, styled Blue Topaz, is intended to serve as a forward-looking sphere for growth, cooperation, and renewed engagement among friendly states as a frontier.
We respectfully invite Your Excellencies to acquaint yourselves with this emerging region and to consider the opportunities it may present for diplomatic, cultural, and strategic exchange.
Should any representative require further clarification or wish to engage in discussion regarding this transition, they are most cordially encouraged to communicate directly with our offices.
