FIFTH REFOUND DAY
[The lone figure of Grand Marshal Amelia Morgenstern, clad in a black ceremonial Stroyaviski uniform, steps out onto the balcony of the Capitol building, overlooking the vast, mostly empty Town Square of Schinaya. The plaza had once been perfect for military parades, she notes dully. There hadn’t been one in ages. There might not be one again, at least not in the foreseeable future. The long-serving Minister of Defense of Krasnaya and decorated war veteran clears her throat and approaches the old-fashioned microphone standing at the center of the balcony.]
"CITIZENS OF KRASNAYA AND FRIENDS OF THE STATE!
It is with great honor that I bring to your attention that, as of May 5th, 2025, Krasnaya marks the fifth anniversary since her refounding.
We have since known triumph and hardship. We have brought her glory, and we have endured her decline. But never again has Krasnaya fallen into civil war. Never again has our homeland been toppled by an enemy.
This anniversary is meaningful, albeit bittersweet. Today, the golden age of our region is, irrevocably, over. Yet the remnants of the old guard remain - preserving the memory of our once-great community, and safeguarding it for the few esteemed residents who, despite her current dormant state, still choose to call Krasnaya their home.
So, allow me, to pay tribute. To those who remain, and to those who have passed but left their mark. To all who have shaped what Krasnaya was, and what she will forever to those of us who remember.
Lastly, it is nearly five years as well since I swore my first oath as a citizen and official of the State. Today, I wish to renew that vow. To serve Krasnaya, or the memory thereof. If any of you wish to join me, please do so."
[Afterward, the Grand Marshal removes her service cap and places a gloved hand over her heart, then solemnly recites:]
"I, Amelia Morgenstern of Nasov, do swear upon my honor to uphold and protect the State and Constitution of Krasnaya. I will always act in her interest, and guard the State against all who would seek to destroy it.

Hi, I’m also here! I really enjoyed being a part of Krasnaya. Krasnaya is by far the best region in NationStates. All the memories—from the silliness of Bailey to the Wooloo madness—will always remain in my heart. Anyway, I’ll redo my vow.

The KLF has returned to Krasnaya and we declare ourselves the Legitimate Rulers. We started our organisation, moons ago and our fight was not in vain. 2026 will be the year of the KLF. After many secret talks with the Worms Republic, we have agreed that the KLF will undo the messes of H douglas and return this state from Ghost Town to Thriving Civilisation.
