When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Saighra!
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Saighra!"
The train stops at the platform, and opens its doors, waiting until the next region is featured to depart from the Saighra station to the next station.
