    1)
      a) Defines an "Assembly Session" as the period of time wherein the Assembly is in session (i.e. the duration between Assembly elections)
      b) Recognises that by-elections do not constitute a change in legal 'session' despite the potential for the makeup of the Assembly changing.

        i. Proposed to the Assembly
ii. Included in the 'Record of all Assembly Votes' document
        iii. Labelled therein as pending

      b) After an Assembly Election, all outstanding pending legislation is rendered null and void, and must be struck from the record
      c) Outstanding pending legislation can, if:

        i. deemed significant by its authors and
ii. those authors are still present in the new Assembly Session

be re-presented to the Assembly and re-entered into the official record.
      d) During an Assembly Session, MAs may not share confidential information, including but not limited to:

        i. The password to the region, including to other Assembly Members
ii. Party lines on motions without the express permission of the relevant party leader
