Hells Headbangers
Small, Puppet Storage

The majority of this rating is due to my personal disposition against the aesthetics embodied by this region. There is not much more to be said in this regard. "Hell's Headbangers" is a puppet storage of various metal/rock/punk bands, which is inactive and doesn't contain a significant amount of puppets, with the puppets contained being not to my personal liking. No particular vendetta against people who do like the cultural aesthetics here, however.
I make this comment with no malice as I can tell you're just having fun with the rating. Pretty interesting idea if I have to say so myself.
Since it's basically a puppet storage I should probably lock this region. I enjoy it mainly to myself anyhow and over the years I think there's only been less than 10 users that have moved here. This rating was helpful. Hope you have fun in your new region.
