The likely-hood of you seeing this post is either really high because you're active, or extremely low because you're down the path to already ceasing to exist.
I'm a diplomat with the Western Colonies. My job is to ensure our embassies in other regions are open and to maintain communication with other regions.
Two things are happening here; our embassy is either being withdrawn or its going to remain open for your residents to have access to the Western Colonies. If our embassy is being withdrawn, it's because your region is no longer active and/or there are just under 10 nations residing there. If the embassy stays open, it's because you've met our requirements, which should be good in the long run.
If it's the latter, I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. Otherwise, here's to a fruitful relationship between your region and ours.
