Meteorology is peak. Couple fine tunes, tho:
The US doesn't exist in RGBN, so you may want to clarify if your nation is an international broadcast system or actually its own government and allat for consistency purposes.
Also the NWS issues are a great idea however the actual NS game limits you to 25 Factbooks so in the long run it'll no longer be maintainable. Instead I reckon it would be perfectly fine to paste them here and make them fun for others to read, gives em more exposure and feels more connected with the rp world.
Aside from that everything looks great (is your map based on your own map or are you on the regional map?)
I'm a fan! My stipulations would be the same as Barr's. Loving the dedication though.
