An animal moves in, and ruins the place in search of whatever scraps of food it can get on. However, it is in the fridge, but they rotted and had mold all those years ago. The clock glows in the dark, and continues it's ever abysmal reminder of what once was, life in the house. Tick...tick...tick...It continues, and the clock dings. 5:00 AM. When the long gone attendees use to get up and actually use the house. The clock would go back to it's eternal activity and glow a bright neon Blue-Green in the dark for the next hour, as the sun slowly slumbered as it crawled along the sky until it woke up, over the mountains.
