Not sure if that embassy closure with Central African Republic and DOMINANTS was an incident or an oversight. Either way that triggered a domino effect cascading embassy closure effect with our alliance. Too late now to reverse the committee decision before these embassies will all close.

Once the old alliance partner left, I probably should have removed the tags regarding "Non-English" status. My Portuguese was based on European Portuguese, but I had not used it in a good thirty years, so I guess I no longer am functioning Portuguese, nor for that fact German or French.
