If enough embassy offers are received, I may change that policy. I'd have to cancel the two ORACLE embassies and start adding a lot of embassies, which is a lot of work. Will go on the assumption that I will change this region to accepting all embassy offers.

With the downing of the Francis Scott Keys Bridge, a time of mourning for the loss of the lives of the crewman that were maintaining the bridge road surface (at this time I believe that no other lives had been lost).
