I just said that. If they show no curiosity and refuse to, why let them in the first place?
They should still be welcome so long as they aren't openly trolling or hostile. Sometimes it takes a long time to change someone's mind. And if an atheist or someone is only here to troll then we can see that and take care of that. If they are here to be neighborly then that should be allowed.

I would like to make these changes to the Constitution.

Change the Preamble to:
In the name of God, we the residents of the Union of Christian Nations, do ordain and establish this Constitution to establish a Christian Republic, founded on the Bible and conservative values to defend the faith and ensure justice, order and freedom in the name of Christ, until his return.
Change 2.1 to:
2.1 Being led by the Spirit with Jesus at our center, God as our focus and the Bible as our guide, our mission is to spread the Gospel, defend the faith and save the lost from sin and destruction.
Change 3.4 to:
3.4 Make disciples of all nations, and teach them to obey God’s commandments.
Change 4.1a) to:
4.1a) Freedom of speech
Make these changes:
d) Freedom from bullying and discrimination based on race, gender, sex, pregnancy, marital status, ethnic or social origin, color, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, conscience, belief, association, culture, language or birth, unless it is established that the discrimination is fair and reasonable.
Change the Parliament to ‘Regional Synod’
Change the Senate to ‘House of Deacons’
Change Senators to ‘Deacons’
Change the ‘House of Representatives’ to the ‘Regional Assembly’
Change President to ‘Head Elder’
Change Vice President to ‘Head Deacon’
Change Secretaries to ‘Elders’
For every position that has a qualification, require them to be a Bible-believing Christian.
Add:
17.9 The Synod can veto any decision of the Supreme Court with a 2/3 vote.
Replace Article 22 with:
22.1 The President shall be the Commander-in-Chief of the UCN Defense Force. The Defense Force will defend the Union, come to the aid of other Christian regions and stand against Leftist and Atheist regions.
Add Article 28 - Religion
28.1 Christianity is the official religion and only one permitted.
28.2 People of other religions can’t disclose or promote their religion, undermine Christianity or try to convert anyone.
28.3 Only the Biblical view of marriage as one man and one woman is acceptable in the region.
28.4 The region does not support LGBT+ and this lifestyle cannot be disclosed or promoted or attempt to convert anyone to their cause.
28.5 The region is 100% pro-life. Anti-life views are not allowed.

Can you please TG this to me. There is a process all legislation must go through before being considered for a vote, so when you have done that I will begin the review stage. Please note I am quite busy with work for the next week or so, so it may take a little bit of time.
I know that this hasn't yet even entered the floor for discussion, let alone votes. But I do want to raise a few concerns.
- 1. Some of these changes seem unnecessary, with articles like proposed article 2.1 simply changing the language unnecessarily.
2. 4.1 seems awful, how can you truly, honestly, call yourself a Christian and support bullying and discrimination. I am one of the most conservative members of the UCN, and I have made my disagreements with our policies on the LGBTQ and even abortion very clear, but I would never ever bully or discriminate against someone who holds the opposite views to me, that is not what Christ calls me to do and it is surely not what He calls you to do. Do I hope our policy on abortion and our stance on homosexuality change? Absolutely! Will we accomplish that by being bullies and hateful? No.
3. The changes to the name of the House, Senate, Courts, and more seems unnecessary as well. The UCN is not a church, it is a region; its members are part of the global church.
I do not speak for the Monarchist Movement or the Autius administration, but I hope when this reaches the floor, you will actually be open to hearing opinions and I pray that the Lord would soften your heart and help you understand that the love for Christ can't be forced upon others.
Sorry for the rant.
As a member of the Senate I won't say too much on the board here about this, I'll wait and make my objections known when or if this ever gets to the Senate, but I will say wow this is just wild and would very much change the nature of this region.
As this is a proposal to change the constitution, it would only need to pass 1 house of parliament to go to a referendum, so it may not reach the Senate. Speak now!!!
General comment:
I think the region broadly agrees with the approach of ‘just be nice’, even if we disagree. Many of the proposed changes are… benign, many are just nasty as 
The Holy Baptist Church so eloquently stated.
